Under strong influence of architecture, collections of pure lines and texture contrasts and materials are the focus of designer Denise Queiroz.
Graduated in Architecture (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, 1985), worked as an architect for a few years. But a course sculptures, with João Carlos Goldberg, and a passion for art and design led her to attend Jewelry Design at Senac, completed in 2008.
Denise has participated in exhibitions in Brazil, "Joia Brazil" (2008), "Urban Alchemy" (Senac Rio Fashion Business, 2011), "Rio + Design" (2012 and 2014), "Joia Literary" (Paraty, 2010) and abroad, "Brazilian Jewelry" (Berlin, 2011), "Fresh from Brazil" (New York, 2012) and "Rio + Design" (Milan 2015). Her works have been published in books "The Jewel of Rio," Marcos Vianna and Regina Machado and "New Earrings" by Nicolas Estrada.
